Public Invited to Jones Town Hall Meeting

ELIZABETHTOWN – Rep. Tom Jones (R-Lancaster/Lebanon) is inviting residents of the 98th District to a town hall-style meeting he is hosting on Thursday, Oct. 26. The meeting will be held at the West Donegal Township building, located at 1 Municipal Drive, Elizabethtown. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.

“This will be the second town hall meeting I’ve held in just as many months,” Jones said. “Like the first event, I suspect I’ll get great feedback from residents about what issues are most important to them. This is also my chance to tell residents about the goings-on in Harrisburg.”

The General Assembly is finalizing the state budget and is addressing a host of other concerns that impact all residents.

In addition to the town hall meeting, Jones hosts monthly Coffee and Conversation events at his district office, 222 S. Market St., Suite 103 in Elizabethtown. They are held on the first Friday of each month from 9-10 a.m., with the next Coffee and Conversation on Friday, Nov. 3, and the final event of the year slated for Friday, Dec. 1.
